KingdomBusiness Consulting

A professional consulting firm with Kingdom responsibility at its center.

Kingdom Business Consulting helps businesses and organizations connect biblical principle with sound leadership, stewardship, ethics, systems, and professional practice.

Principle must become practice.

KBC exists because Christian identity alone does not answer the practical questions of leadership, money, governance, people, customers, accountability, or growth.

We help clients examine actual business practices, determine what requires attention, and respond with disciplined professional judgment.

KBC does not attempt to make every business identical. Sound business practice and Kingdom principles must be applied responsibly within each client’s industry, structure, duties, and context.

Our mission

To help Kingdom entrepreneurs and organizations build, strengthen, and operate businesses that reflect biblical principles through sound leadership, responsible stewardship, ethical practices, strong systems, and professional excellence.

Our vision

To see Kingdom businesses established across industries and nations, operating with biblical integrity, professional excellence, strong stewardship, and the capacity to influence the marketplace without compromise.

Destiny Unstoppable

Kingdom Business Consultant · Author · Kingdom Formation Mentor

Destiny Unstoppable is an entrepreneur, author, consultant, and Kingdom Formation Mentor. She is the founder of Destiny Holdings Global LLC, the parent company under which Kingdom Business Consulting and Kingdom Business Academy are registered and operate. She serves as the Founder and Principal Consultant of KBC and the Founder of KBA.

Destiny’s professional journey began in the beauty and modeling industry. She is a former beauty queen and model who later owned a modeling agency. During that time, she also worked professionally with individuals and businesses, including providing social media management. These experiences introduced her to the realities of entrepreneurship, branding, business development, client service, and the responsibilities involved in managing a business.

Education and professional development

Destiny holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Her professional development also includes a Project Management Certificate, Career Readiness Certificate, Dream Builder Certificate, Social Marketing Certificate, Management Skills for International Business Certificate, Social Media Advertising Certificate, Social Media Analytics Certificate, and Drake Business Accelerator Certificate.

She has also volunteered with several nonprofit organizations in Des Moines, Iowa.

As Destiny’s relationship with God deepened, the way she viewed her life and work began to change. She reached a point where she knew she could not return to the worldly life and business practices she was leaving behind. She did not want professional success to come at the expense of her obedience, convictions, or the personal transformation taking place in her life.

Destiny believes God gave her the idea for Kingdom Business Consulting. Receiving the idea did not mean she immediately understood how to build it. Most of what she knew about business had been learned through traditional approaches, and for a period of time, she was genuinely uncertain about how to establish a consulting firm differently.

She understood that KBC needed to be professionally responsible, but she also wanted it to remain faithful to the reason it had been placed on her heart. She wanted Kingdom principles to influence the actual decisions, responsibilities, relationships, and standards of the company.

Although she did not have every answer, Destiny remained committed to the vision and trusted God to lead her. Through prayer, fasting, obedience, and the willingness to follow a path she had not taken before, the direction became clearer. Kingdom Business Consulting grew from that process.

Her spiritual transformation also involved intentional study and a willingness to put in the work required for deeper understanding. Destiny completed two terms of study and graduated from Transformers International School of Ministry (TISOM), based in Nigeria. She also devoted significant time to studying Scripture and listening to sermons and biblical teaching that strengthened her understanding and contributed greatly to her spiritual formation.

Destiny is passionate about God, and her vision is to play her part in helping to expand God's Kingdom through the marketplace. She believes business can become a meaningful place of stewardship, service, responsibility, and Kingdom influence when faith is carried into the way people lead, build, make decisions, and serve others.

KBC was created to help entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations apply Kingdom principles to the practical responsibilities of business. Its work addresses leadership, stewardship, financial responsibility, operations, workplace culture, customer relationships, accountability, and sustainable development. Kingdom identity should be evident in practice. KBC helps businesses examine whether their principles are reflected in how they lead, manage resources, serve people, make decisions, and grow.

Today, Destiny brings together her entrepreneurial experience, business education, professional development, and commitment to Kingdom formation through consulting, education, writing, speaking, and training. She is also a Financial Consultant, U.S. Credit Educator, and the author of Kingdom Business Formation: A Manual for Builders.

Her work through Destiny Holdings Global LLC, KBC, and KBA continues the decision that began this chapter of her life: to trust God, remain obedient, and learn to approach business differently.
