1. Agreement to these Terms
This website is operated by Destiny Holdings Global LLC through Kingdom Business Consulting, which is registered under the company and referred to in these Terms as “KBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
This website and its inquiry forms are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
3. Website purpose
The website provides information about KBC, its consulting framework, services, assessments, strategy sessions, speaking, training, and institutional work, and U.S. consumer credit education. Website content is general information and does not constitute individualized advice or a promise that KBC will accept an engagement. Credit education is educational only; KBC is not a credit repair organization.
4. No client relationship through website use
Visiting the website, submitting a form, receiving an automated message, or participating in an initial conversation does not create a consultant and client relationship. A client relationship begins only when KBC and the client sign a written engagement agreement.
Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, protected health information, legally privileged material, or other highly sensitive information through a website form.
5. Separate engagement terms
Accepted services are governed by a separate written proposal, engagement agreement, statement of work, booking agreement, or program terms. Those documents may address scope, fees, payment, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, confidentiality, deliverables, client responsibilities, ownership, and termination. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the signed engagement terms control for that engagement.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the website, its security, or its availability;
- attempt to access restricted systems, records, accounts, or administrative areas;
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful information;
- use automated methods to scrape, harvest, copy, or burden the website;
- introduce malicious code or attempt to test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
- use KBC content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
7. Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, contract, intellectual property, or other rights. You grant KBC permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your request, administer the website, protect legal rights, and comply with law, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Kingdom Business Directory
Directory applicants must provide accurate, lawful information and must have authority to provide logos, descriptions, contact details, and links for publication. KBC may review, request clarification, approve, decline, suspend, restore, expire, or remove a listing in accordance with the Directory Standards.
Directory approval means approval for inclusion only. It is not theological approval, certification, endorsement, or a guarantee of a business, its conduct, services, products, or results. Visitors remain responsible for their own due diligence.
Approved applicants may be offered monthly or annual paid listing options. Current pricing is provided privately after application review. Featured and sponsored fees purchase labeled visibility only. Current KBC clients may receive a complimentary listing for a limited period. Payment does not purchase approval, verification, favorable reviews, stronger Kingdom standing, guaranteed quality, or permanent inclusion.
9. Payment processing, renewals, and cancellation
Paid KBC offerings may require payment through an approved third party payment provider. Payment information is submitted through the provider’s secure payment environment where applicable. KBC does not guarantee that the provider will authorize every transaction. Receipts or invoices may be issued by the provider or another approved financial system.
Payment alone does not create a consulting relationship, guarantee Directory approval, guarantee program acceptance, or override another eligibility, activation, or agreement requirement. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, refund terms, cancellation terms, and payment deadlines may be communicated through proposals, agreements, invoices, payment requests, Directory communications, or other written KBC communications.
When recurring monthly payments are used, the billing frequency and renewal terms will be disclosed before authorization. Cancellation stops future recurring billing according to the disclosed process. A Directory listing normally remains active through the already paid period unless separately suspended or removed under the Directory Standards. An annual listing remains active through the purchased annual term unless separately suspended or removed.
A failed recurring payment may place a listing in Past Due or Grace Period status. KBC may provide notice and allow a retry through the payment provider. If payment remains unresolved after the applicable grace period, paid visibility may be suspended or the paid listing may expire. Payment related action does not replace a separate eligibility or standards decision.
Refund eligibility is governed by the terms disclosed before payment or by the applicable service agreement. Depending on the offering, a payment may be refundable, partially refundable, nonrefundable after activation, or subject to specific written terms. Cancellation, expiration, downgrade, or refund does not erase required business, payment, plan, acceptance, or communication records.
KBC may change prices for future purchases, renewals, or future billing periods, subject to applicable agreements, provider requirements, notice requirements, and law. KBC will not assume that every transaction is taxable or nontaxable. Any applicable tax treatment may be configured later according to the offering, customer location, provider capability, and applicable requirements.
10. Intellectual property
The website and its original content, including KBC names, logos, frameworks, assessment language, consulting pillars, written material, graphics, arrangement, and design, are owned by or licensed to Destiny Holdings Global LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print a reasonable portion for your own internal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, modify, teach from, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit KBC content without prior written permission.
11. Third party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third party platforms. KBC does not control their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of a third party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
12. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or current.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Review the Professional Disclaimer for additional boundaries.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destiny Holdings Global LLC, operating through KBC, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes rights provided by applicable consumer protection law.
15. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute concerning these Terms or the website will be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Iowa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. International availability and mandatory local rights
The website may be accessible from many locations, but KBC does not represent that every service is available, appropriate, licensed, or lawful in every jurisdiction. Proposed services are subject to scope, availability, professional boundaries, and applicable law. KBC may decline or refer work that requires local registration, licensure, regulated advice, or a qualified professional in the relevant country.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer protection, privacy, accessibility, cancellation, warranty, or other mandatory right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.
18. General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
