Faith based eligibility
Applicants must operate a legitimate business, accurately represent what they offer, identify as Christian, faith based, or Kingdom aligned, and agree to basic biblical business values and directory standards.
These values include truthfulness, lawful conduct, integrity, responsible stewardship, fair dealings, respect for people, and accountability. Businesses should provide a website where available and relevant public social profiles so KBC can review how the business presents itself publicly.
What KBC reviews
KBC reviews the submitted information, available website, and public social profiles before payment is requested. Applicants approved to proceed receive current listing options and pricing privately. Payment does not affect eligibility review, and a listing is not activated until approval, applicable payment, and activation requirements are complete.
Directory Approved means approved for inclusion. It is not theological approval, certification, endorsement, verification, a guarantee, or proof that every practice of the listed business meets KBC standards. Visitors should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any listed business.
Payment, billing, and renewal
Approved applicants may be offered monthly or annual paid listing options. Annual billing may be presented as the preferred value. Current pricing is provided privately after application review and before payment authorization.
Monthly listings may renew according to the recurring billing arrangement disclosed during payment. Annual listings remain active for the annual term purchased unless suspended or removed for a separate standards reason. Billing frequency and renewal terms must be disclosed before recurring payment is authorized.
Renewal pricing may differ from a previously paid amount. KBC may change pricing for future billing periods, renewals, and future purchases. Applicable pricing and any notice required by an agreement, a payment provider, or law will be communicated before the affected paid term. A new recurring rate will not be applied without following the provider’s requirements and applicable notice requirements.
Payment does not represent endorsement, certification, verification, stronger Kingdom standing, guaranteed service quality, or permanent inclusion. Applicable refund terms are disclosed before payment and may differ by offering or agreement. A payment may be refundable, partially refundable, nonrefundable after activation, or governed by a specific written agreement.
Eligible KBC clients may receive a complimentary listing for a defined period. Complimentary listings remain subject to eligibility standards and do not include Featured placement unless separately authorized. Complimentary and authorized waived listings are recorded separately from paid listings.
Cancellation, failed payment, and paid through access
For a monthly listing, cancellation stops future recurring billing according to the disclosed payment process. The listing normally remains active through the already paid billing period unless it is suspended or removed for a separate standards reason. Cancellation does not erase the business record, payment history, communication history, or prior plan history.
Annual listings remain active through the purchased annual term unless separately suspended or removed under these standards. Expiration does not erase prior business, payment, or communication records.
A failed recurring payment does not immediately delete a listing. KBC may mark the listing Past Due, provide a grace period disclosed in your payment terms, send a payment notice, and allow a retry through the approved payment provider. If payment is not resolved by the end of the grace period, KBC may suspend paid visibility or expire the paid listing. Payment related suspension is recorded separately from eligibility or standards enforcement.
Before renewal, KBC may confirm that the business remains active, its public information is current, its links work, and it still reasonably meets directory requirements. Expired, suspended, and removed listings do not appear in the active directory.
Featured and sponsored visibility
A business may purchase greater visibility through a Featured Listing or, when available, sponsored category placement. Every paid placement is clearly labeled. Featured placement may appear above or separately from standard listings.
Payment affects placement only and never approval, Kingdom alignment, service quality, KBC endorsement, certification, or verification. If Featured payment ends while the business remains eligible for an active Standard listing, the listing may return to Standard instead of being removed from the directory.
Public reports and ongoing review
Visitors can report incorrect information, broken links, inactive businesses, suspected fraud, or concerning public conduct. KBC reviews reports and may request information, suspend a listing during review, restore it, or remove it.
The directory does not publish public star ratings. KBC will not sell favorable reviews, manipulated rankings, or false credibility.
Directory approval is not KBC verification
KBC does not currently offer a KBC Verified Kingdom Business program. If a verification program is introduced, it will require a substantive readiness or operating review. Businesses will not be able to purchase verification, spiritual credibility, or stronger Kingdom endorsement.
The directory creates discovery and economic participation while maintaining clear limits on what inclusion means.
