1. General information only
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized consulting advice and should not be treated as a complete assessment of a particular business, organization, decision, risk, or jurisdiction.
2. No professional relationship without a signed agreement
Visiting the website, using a resource, submitting an inquiry, or participating in an initial conversation does not create a consultant and client relationship, fiduciary relationship, confidential advisory relationship, ministry relationship, or other professional duty. An engagement begins only through a written agreement signed by KBC and the client.
3. Not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulated advice
Unless a written engagement expressly states otherwise and a properly qualified professional is involved, KBC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, securities, banking, lending, insurance, medical, mental health, or regulated human resources advice. KBC also does not act as a substitute for licensed counsel, certified public accountants, tax professionals, financial advisers, insurance professionals, or other regulated specialists.
Discussions of stewardship, financial responsibility, governance, workplace practice, risk, or organizational accountability are business consulting and educational discussions within the agreed scope. Clients should obtain jurisdiction specific advice from appropriately qualified professionals when needed.
4. Business financial consulting boundaries
KBC business financial consulting may include education and practical support concerning budgeting, cash flow awareness, pricing responsibility, financial organization, stewardship, and internal business decision making. It does not include investment advice, securities recommendations, portfolio management, banking, lending, insurance advice, tax preparation, accounting, audit, or a guarantee that a financial target will be achieved.
Clients remain responsible for their financial decisions and should engage an appropriately licensed or qualified professional when a matter requires regulated, jurisdiction specific, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
5. U.S. consumer credit education and the distinction from credit repair
KBC provides general education about the United States consumer credit system. Kingdom Business Consulting is not a credit repair company or credit repair organization and does not offer, sell, or perform services represented as improving a consumer’s credit record, credit history, credit rating, or credit score.
KBC does not:
- dispute credit report information or communicate with credit bureaus, furnishers, creditors, collectors, or lenders for a consumer;
- promise, predict, or guarantee a credit score increase, approval, financing, or other credit outcome;
- claim that accurate, timely, and verifiable negative information can be removed;
- create or encourage false disputes, identity theft claims, credit profile numbers, new identities, or misleading statements;
- arrange credit, negotiate or settle debts, or recommend a particular loan or financial product; or
- request complete credit reports, Social Security numbers, account credentials, or sensitive financial records through this website.
Consumers may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with consumer reporting companies and information furnishers without paying KBC. Education may identify official resources and explain general rights and steps consumers can take for themselves, but the consumer remains responsible for reviewing records, communicating with relevant organizations, and deciding what action to take.
KBC accepts credit education engagements only when they remain within the educational scope described above. Requests involving credit repair, consumer representation, dispute services, debt negotiation, or promised credit outcomes will be declined or referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
6. Kingdom and Scripture based content
KBC applies Kingdom principles and Scripture to business responsibility. This work is not prophetic direction, spiritual certification, pastoral counseling, theological adjudication, or a declaration of God’s approval of a person, business, church, ministry, or decision.
Christian branding does not automatically make a business a Kingdom business. In the same way, working with KBC does not certify holiness, guarantee spiritual alignment, or replace a client’s responsibility for prayer, discernment, sound counsel, lawful conduct, and accountable decision making.
7. No guarantee of results
KBC does not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, financing, approval, growth, market acceptance, compliance, conflict resolution, spiritual outcomes, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on circumstances beyond KBC’s control, including the accuracy of client information, leadership decisions, implementation, industry conditions, legal requirements, market forces, resources, timing, and third party conduct.
Examples, case descriptions, testimonials, educational scenarios, and prior outcomes illustrate experience or principles. They do not promise that another person or organization will receive the same result.
8. KBC service commitments
Although KBC cannot guarantee a particular business result, we can remain accountable for the quality, integrity, and responsible delivery of our own work. For accepted engagements, KBC commits to:
- defining the agreed scope, responsibilities, fees, and deliverables in writing;
- providing honest professional judgment without knowingly overstating expected results;
- communicating material limitations, concerns, or scope changes;
- delivering the agreed consulting services and documentation, subject to timely client cooperation;
- maintaining appropriate confidentiality within the engagement terms and applicable law;
- identifying when a matter requires another qualified professional;
- providing clear recommendations, responsibilities, and next steps at completion; and
- addressing material errors in deliverables prepared by KBC according to the written engagement terms.
These service commitments do not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, approvals, growth, compliance, credit outcomes, implementation success, or any other result outside KBC’s control. Any specific revision, correction, cancellation, rescheduling, or refund remedy is governed by the applicable signed engagement terms.
9. Client responsibility
Clients and website users remain responsible for their decisions, records, representations, legal compliance, professional referrals, implementation, and results. Business leaders should independently evaluate recommendations, disclose relevant facts, ask questions, and obtain specialist advice before acting on matters outside KBC’s agreed scope or competence.
10. Client experiences and reviews
Client reviews and testimonials must reflect a genuine experience and must not make claims that KBC could not make directly. KBC does not create, purchase, or publish fake reviews and does not condition an incentive on positive sentiment. Material connections or incentives will be disclosed when required. Private feedback is not published automatically, and attributed feedback is used only with appropriate permission.
11. Kingdom Business Directory
KBC reviews directory applicants only to determine whether a business appears reasonably consistent with the purpose and standards of the directory based on information and public materials available at the time. KBC does not audit every business practice or continuously monitor every listed business.
Directory Approved is not KBC Verified. It does not represent theological approval, certification, endorsement, spiritual credibility, or a guarantee of conduct, service quality, financial condition, legality, safety, or results. Paid Featured and Sponsored placement affects visibility only. Visitors should conduct independent due diligence before engaging a listed business.
12. International access and jurisdictional limits
The website may be accessed worldwide, but access does not mean every service is offered, licensed, suitable, or lawful in every country, state, province, or territory. KBC reviews proposed engagements for scope and jurisdiction and may limit, decline, or refer a matter that requires local licensure, registration, regulated advice, an established local presence, or another qualified professional.
Unless a written engagement expressly provides otherwise, references to consumer credit concern the United States system only. Clients outside Iowa remain responsible for obtaining advice about mandatory local requirements that apply to their organization, industry, workforce, customers, taxes, privacy practices, and transactions.
13. Information may change
Business practices, laws, regulations, standards, technologies, and market conditions change. KBC works to present thoughtful information but does not warrant that every website statement is complete, current, or suitable for every situation. Website content may be corrected or updated without notice.
14. External resources
References or links to outside organizations, tools, professionals, or resources do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. KBC is not responsible for third party content, services, privacy practices, or outcomes.
